Vintage tripod theatre light. 

Legs are adjustable in width and height.

Approximate dimensions:

Height: 100/150cm

Lamp dimensions: 21cm diameter, 25cm depth.

In vintage good condition, one leg does not tighten fully so must stand quite upright; though this is not that noticeable or problematic. 

The tripod is fully adjustable height-wise and the lamp will turn 360 degrees and adjusts up and down as well.

The lamp and tripod are in good vintage condition with some wear and tear commensurate with age and use, but nothing specific to mention.
